Burn in Hell, Muhaha!

Hey folks, here I am with the video from “the best day of my life” ;) . Unfortunately we ran out of recording tape, so you only get to se me burn all my notebooks, but it’s great stuff anyway ;) . It really is a great thing knowing that all my notebooks are out of my life and I don’t have to think about them anymore :) . Happy watching xD:

See you soon folks ;)

The Best Day of My Life!

Ooooooh Yeaaaaah! Got though folks!! This is sooooo great!!! This is really the best day of my life!!!!
You can’t imagine how happy I am right now, this feeling is really inexplicable, and in a scale from 1 to 100 I’m like ∞ right now! I have been waiting for this day from the first second I stepped into the school, and now it’s here!

So what will I be doing on this remarkable day? All the things I like the best of cause xD! I will start eating lunch at a nice restaurant, then I will wait for my friend to return home (maybe I will be gaming a little in the meantime ;P) then I will go with my friend on the mountain where we studied most of the time for the exam, and I will take the last goodbye with my notebooks, letting them burn in hell muhahaahha (very evil laugh)!!!! After that I think I will dinner out with my parents, and then at night I will jump in the pool with my friends, for the first time this summer (haven’t done it yet because I wanted to wait for this day).

That is my scheme for today :D . I will be filming some of it (minimum my farewell with my notebooks) and I think it will be up tomorrow morning (I will just do some fast editing after I wake up tomorrow).

That was it from now ha, ci sentiamo dopo tiratori! Hahahaha

p.s. 4,74€ on their PayPal account for the first person there sends me a message @ myworldofmax@gmail.com writing “Yes Max, you really are a World Champion!” hahaha (really guys, I’m not joking). See ya!

I’M FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Written Test Results are In

Ok the results from the written tests are here; or at least the total of them all :S. The points obtainable in every test is 15, so multiplying 15 with the three tests makes 45 the maximum amount of points you can get. To get acceptable you have to make 10 points in each the test, so multiplying it with three makes 30. So what are my points so far? Well I managed to make 27 points so far, so it’s a little under the acceptable points. Then there is another kind of points that you get during your last 3 years of school (mines 13) and they are added to my 27 points I have made so far; so that makes 40. Last year in the spoken exam the maximum points you could get was 35, but this year (lucky me :S) there is only 30 points! To pass the whole exam you have to get over 59 points. So I have to make 20 points to make it though! That can be pretty hard because I talked to my friends today (just before my exam) and they said that the people that did the exam yesterday were around 19-22 points (and they were all good), so I really have to hope for the best again, and this last time! As said in my last post my test went pretty well, but it wasn’t as good as the people that went there yesterday. Well all I can do now is wait for the final result that will be posted on the wall at my school the 5th of July :S.

So there isn’t really anything more to say, my studies are finished for now, and hopefully forever!

p.s. here you have the “replay” of my exam tests xD:

22nd: 1st Written Test (Italian)
23rd: 2nd Written test (Estimating test)
25th: 3rd Written Test (all materials)
30th: Spoken test (all materials)

Spoken Test (all materials)

Hey there folks, just finished my last test and now I just have to wait until the 5th to see the results. I got to school very early because there wasn’t any specific time on when I had to be there (all I knew was that I was the last one), so I thought “better too early than too late” :S. Well I waited about 3 hours until I got in and in all that time I was just walking around in circles (because I was so nervous). Well I finally got in and I had to sign some papers, I was shaking so much that did my signature all wrong, good thing they don’t know how it really is haha. I started out in English talking about the second world war, it went perfect although I was so nervous. After that I had to do Italian, it went pretty well to, I talked about an Italian writer all the time without getting a single question, I know I did some grammar errors but I can’t help that. After I had to do construction, he made a lot of questions but I saved myself most of the time. Then I did topography, there was a little misunderstanding at the beginning but things got cleared out and all in all it went well. After that I had to do plants, it didn’t went that well because I was to confident when studying it, so I really thought I knew all about it, but I was wrong there, so I could definitely do it better if I had studied it a little more :S. Then there was the estimating test, well I did fine at the beginning, but after that she began making all kind of crazy question, and there I got kind of lost. So all in all I think it went pretty well, at least I hope so, because I really need those points to pass. Well speaking of points, they should show me the results of my three previous tests that I did later today, so I’m sure that I will be posting something later on. So that should be all for now, see you later alligator ;)

3rd Written Test Impression (all materials)

This time the exam started at 08:40 precise, and we had 2 hours to finish it. The 4 materials that were chosen for us were: Construction, Topography, English and Plants (don’t know if the last one if right, used “google translate” on it). Anyway, there were about 2 questions where we had to answer using 5 lines and about 6 questions with multiple choices. In Topography I didn’t went well at all, I didn’t remember both the 2 questions. Construction went a little better but not perfect but it could have been done way better. In English I don’t think that I made a single mistake (just have to see). And Plants went pretty good too but not perfect (could have used more “technical words”). All in all it could have been better, because the Topography exercise is really pulling me down on this one, I can only hope for the best once again :S.

Next time I will be posting will be after the spoken test, and I think that I will know if I passed the exam or not there :S. The spoken test will be the most demanding, because I still don’t got 100% hang of the Italian, and the examiners really don’t give a damn, so I really need some luck there.

Until next time, wish me luck folks!

2nd Written Test Impression (Estimating Test)

This time we had to be at the school before 08:00. So I got there in good time, but then (don’t know what the problem was) we had to wait till about 08:40 before we could get in the class. Anyway the test started at 08:45 and we got 7 hours to do it (seems like a lot of time huh?). The title was inheritance (I think that’s the word, got it using google translate) and our objective in the test was to distribute to 3 sons all kind of stuff, like houses, money in the bank, debt, donations and so on. I studied that not long time ago and I was quirt sure on how to do it, but there was a hard part! Yep, all the houses were without value so we had to find them using all kinds of different methods for each house. We had to use a different method for each house because there was something different between all of them that didn’t allow us to use the same (in one of them we even had to demolish a house, build a new one and then calculate expense on the whole procedure). Well the test was pretty hard but the examiner was quirt nice, so our teacher could walk around and help a little (without telling too much). So it kind of went well, and then 5 hours in I finished the draft (I made 7 pages). Then all I had to do was just to copy all that! Well it sounds easy but 7 pages filed up with text is a big bunch to do in only 2 hours. When there was only 1 hour left I realized that I had to hurry up, because I had only made about 35% of the test at that time :S. So I was forced to hurry up (and very much). I decided to jump small parts where I was only explaining what I did, and I made it a little less beautiful too (who cares). In the end I got it finished right at time, it was so close, 1 minute that’s how close it was :S!. So my final impression is that it went pretty good, but I’m not 100% sure, because I was very confused at a time; but I can only hope for the best.

That should be it for now, see you again on friday ;) .

1st Written Test Impression (Italian)

Well, we met up outside the school at 08:00 and had a little talk until we got called in (around 08:15). There were some problems with the papers, but finally we got started at 08:40 precise. There was around 5 different tests to choose from, I chose to play it safe taking an argument about aliens and UFO’s xD. Choosing an easier argument limits a little your score, but I didn’t want to go big and then miss the whole thing. Anyway normally we have around 4 hours to do these kind of tests, but at the exam we got 6 hours, so that was more than enough. I got a pretty bad start because I really didn’t know where to start, then around 40 minutes in I finally got started. Was slow the whole time but then around 4 hours in I put the pedal to the metal and finished a little before 5 hours in. Almost all the others finished around 3 to 4 hours in, so when I handed over my work there was only one girl left in the classroom :S. So what’s my impression, well, I have made these kind of tests much better during the year (and in less that 4 hours), but have to say that it could have been worse. Anyway I know I’m not that good in these tests because my Italian isn’t at such a high level, so I can’t expect much from that test. So where will I try to concentrate all my potency? Well, in the test I have tomorrow, that’s the one that is worth the most points and I know that if I push it hard enough I can do good. In the test we are asked to estimate something using very advanced techniques to get a precise value (and it can be very hard at times because there is so many different methods you have to remember). I really hope that it’s easy, or at least that it’s possible to use the Surveyor Manual. In the Surveyor Manual there’s written everything I need and the good thing is that it’s normally accepted, but if not, I have to save myself using another method if the one in the test is to complicated (it can be done but reduces your score significantly). I have been doing a lot of these estimating tests this year but it’s so hard remembering them all, so I can only hope for a little luck here.

Oh another thing, we got the dates for the exam tests, here they are:

22nd: 1st Written Test (Italian)
23rd: 2nd Written test (Estimating test)
25th: 3rd Written Test (all materials)
30th: Spoken test (all materials)

So the dates above will properly also be the dates I will post on (like today). As you can see I really have a lot of studies these next 7 days :( , but if all goes well I don’t have to study ever again after that (really hope for that one because I can’t take it anymore). Ok, that should be it, better begin studying for tomorrow and try go sleeping a little earlier than I did yesterday :S.

See you again tomorrow!

Yeah! I got through (didn’t expect that one :S)

Yep as the title says I’m through. I went to my school today to see who got through to the exam, didn’t really expect my name to be on the list of the students that got through to the exam :S. So now I really have to study, and it has to be right now, because my exam will begin tomorrow, so I really have a tiny amount of time to study. The first test (the one tomorrow) will be the written Italian. I will make a short post tomorrow (like the one today) where I tell a little about how it went and I think I can tell you the date of my next test too (the council should decide it tomorrow). Ok I really have no time to lose, so I will go right to my studies now, see ya.

I’m out.

My School Situation

Hey there folks, I’m just taking a little break from my studies and decided to make this post about my current school situation, just to keep you updated on what I’m going though :S. Well as some of you know I’m studying to become a surveyor and I’m on my last year now with few weeks to my final exam (or at least I hope so). You see, the school system here in Italy is quirt severe; that means that if you don’t study hard enough you won’t make it to the next class. More than 15% of all students here in Italy gets rejected and has to redo the whole school year :S. Last year in my class we were 26 students, this year we are only 14, so that was 12 of my old class mates that had to redo the year, that’s more than 46% folks!! Really mad stuff! I’m really sorry for them, because a lot of them were really good (many of them were even better than me :S), but according to some teachers they weren’t good enough :( . Last year I was really standing on the edge; about to redo the year together with the other half of my school mates :( , fortunately I made it though, but some teachers in the school council didn’t agree with that decision. So this year I’m standing on the edge again, but this time it’s on the edge of a knife blade :( , because some teachers thought that they did a mistake by letting me pass last year, so this year they are really against me :( . So I can only hope for the best! This year I really gave it full throttle on the studying, but it seems pointless when you have some teachers against you (no matter how much I do they just keep saying that it isn’t good enough), maybe some of you know that feeling :( . Finishing this year could really be the best thing that could happen in my life, it really means a lot to me, but unfortunately I can’t change destiny; so I will just have to wait and see. Oh right I just forgot to tell; well to make it worse, there was approved a law this year in Italy that said that you got to have an acceptable mark (or above) in all your subjects to make it to the next class; so I really got lucky there :S (yeah right). Some of my teachers are saying that my Italian isn’t good enough to take my exam. That one there really makes me pissed, you know, with all the studies I’m doing (on a foreign language) they don’t let me through just because they don’t think my Italian is good enough! I’m studying about 4-12 hours a day :S, so it would really suck if they don’t let me though, it will be like another year in hell!
I can only hope for the best, there is nothing else to do!

p.s. writing this post made me fell a little better, you know, I had to let some steam out, and there is nothing better that telling the whole world how you fell :) .

If you have some questions or consultations please write a comment, it will make me a lot happier to hear some people agree with me or give me some consultations in these sad weeks I’m going though at the moment.

See you.
